I'm trying to export a model from Revit 2022 and the process keeps getting stuck at "Sending to LightStanza." My plugin is up to date and I have tried solutions such as detaching and saving the project in a new location, removing links, and unchecking the "Optimize export data" option. The file is 219 MB.
Are you able to use the "Save to disk" button (instead of "Export") to save a local .lsd file on your computer that you can then drag and drop into a LightStanza browser window? If this also does not work, it suggests that something about parsing your model and converting to LS format is going wrong - you might try using the "Family filtering" functionality to try filtering out the bare minimum of elements to see if it is something in a specific family causing the issue. If that does work, it seems like it may be a firewall or other related issue that is blocking the model from being exported properly.
